AFCAAM really hits at the core values that will bring us into tomorrow. The kids that AFCAAM support are really going to get the self-sufficiency they need to make it in our society. That's really the reason AFCAAM will be effective.

AFCAAM gives people the opportunity to realize that they are a person first, and that they have human dignity that can't be taken away from you at any age. I think that's the most important thing that AFCAAM is able to teach the youth of the Dunbar community. Then, they're able to translate that into the programs that we provide, which is critical for their growth.
